Long delivery time for the SD card.

I had some problems with the 2.8 software and in trying to fix the OS I've damaged my SD card. I asked Sonore to download the OS, but they wouldn't let me do it so I ordered a new SD card. It's been over a month now since I ordered it, but the SD card hasn't arrived yet. It's pretty annoying to have the Ultrarendu availabel and not being able to use it. I really hope I can get some help so I can use my device.
