Microrendu stopped recognizing DAC

Recently, my microrendu stopped recognizing my DAC. The MR is visible on the network, but Roon cannot see it because the DAC needs to be visible. I don't believe there is anything wrong with the DAC (Schiit Modi) and tried swapping it out to confirm with a Dragonfly Black, which also was not visible. I have gone through multiple reboots and power downs of the DAC and the MR, but nothing seems to work. At this point I don't know if something is physically wrong with the USB port or what might be going on. Any help would be appreciated.

Open it with a Tork drive and see what condition the USB port is in. Also, where are you located in case it has to come in for a look see.
