I have had a STi5 with 2 TB SSD for almost 2 years. I purchase new music almost weekly and back-up every few weeks. Most of the time the back-up takes minutes. But once in a while, it's happened 3 times, it takes hours. can someone explain why this happens. I have 2 back-up disks one spinning and one SSD. Thanks.

Related question: The backup app works great, but it seems to not have a restore function. Not that I need it right now, but I may someday, how to we restore from our backup? Is there another app I need to install?Comment

Just drag and drop, but it would be nice if there was app to restore one's music library.Comment

When I got my STi5 2 years ago I transferred about 1TB of FLAC files from my Vortexbox back-up drive to my i5. I believe I opened the FLAC folder on VB back-up drive while attached to my MacBook highlighted all, copied and then pasted into the FLAC folder on the STi5. So I didn't really drag and drop.Comment
